History



In 2007, Scouting celebrated its Centennial worldwide. Baden-Powell started it all at a small island camp a century ago. Today there are 28 million Scouts worldwide, in 216 countries and territories. For 100 years, millions of Scouts have participated in hundreds of thousands of activities and in doing so have helped changed the world for good.
